The EUREL TOPSIM International Management Cup is a unique opportunity to test your skills in an innovative online business simulation tailored to the electrical, electronics and information technology industries.

Your Path to Victory

The competition unfolds in two phases:

1. Preliminary Round

  • Weekly decisions over five virtual fiscal years
  • Compete for the best company performance on the virtual stock market

2. Grand Final

  • The top teams advance to an exciting two-day finale of high-stakes decision-making
  • Winners earn cash prizes and recognition as the best in the business!

Prizes:

  • 1st place: € 500
  • 2nd place: € 300
  • 3rd place: € 200


JOIN US AT THE AWARDS CEREMONY

The winners will be invited to the European Future Technology Summit (EFTS) in Brussels (September 1-3, 2025). EUREL will cover accommodation and meals, and the prizes will be awarded by TOPSIM. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the winning teams.


HOW TO APPLY

1. Form a team: Gather 2-4 members with backgrounds in electrical, electronic, or related engineering fields.

2. Submit your application to eurel@eurel.org by March 7, 2025, including:

  • Team members’ names, age, email addresses, and mobile phone numbers
  • EUREL member association
  • A brief statement of motivation

PLEASE NOTE

The TOPSIM IMC Champions League is open to participants who have participated in the finals in the past. Please provide this information when registering.

The personal information we ask for is strictly protected and will not be used for any other purpose than to run this business simulation. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email. Shortly before the start of the introductory test round, you will receive the contact details of our coach and all the necessary instructions.

Can non-EUREL members participate?

Yes, but they are limited to the preliminary round.

How do I find people to join my team?

The simulation is aimed at students, graduates and young professionals with an electrical background (e.g.: Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Power Engineering, Telecommunications, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Cybernetics and similar) from EUREL Member Associations. This will give you an idea of where to look for the members of your team.
